2 kg of Monoclonal antibody produced in a single 1,000L batch

In the frame of our last BMG179 Process Development, 2 kg of antibody were produced in a single 1000L batch.

The Lead candidate received in September 2022, was expanded for a first Pilot Batch PB01 in November.

The first GMP batch was produced in 250L single Use bioreactor in December and the process was scaled-up to a 1000L single Use Bioreactor performed in January. Beginning of February 2023, the second GMP batch was purified.

First GMP batch is scheduled to be released end of March to start First In Man as soon as possible !
