LFB BIOMANUFACTURING is committed in innovating for tomorrow, namely by using single use equipment to optimize flexibility, and its ability to meet the customers’ demand in terms of scale-up, volume and cost control LFB BIOMANUFACTURING’s facility offers more flexibility with single use-oriented cutting-edge equipment.
LFB BIOMANUFACTURING is also expanding its GMP facilities to provide a significant increase in the Ales’ site multi-product manufacturing capacity, and the capacity already increased in 2017 by a factor of 3 will be scale up by the installation of Up to 6x 2000L . LFB BIOMANUFACTURING’s growth.
SINGLE USE -ORIENTED CUTTING EDGE EQUIPMENT
Currently, LFB BIOMANUFACTURING owns a wide range of single use bioreactor platforms and cell culture systems including:
- Cell factories for adherent cells
- shake flasks systems
- Wave reactors
- Single-use bioreactors from 50L up to 1000L
A FLEXIBLE FACILITY AT THE HIGHEST TECHNICAL AND QUALITY STANDARDS
An additional production suite running multiple products, with bioreactors of 2000L is being equipped to be operational soon. This new unit will be a DSP/USP multiproduct facility for customer’s project. The site will offer a flexible facility, at the highest global standards of the field and with a compliance to European and American regulatory requirements.
