Your 100% custom CDMO subcontractor in bioproduction

Your dedicated Project Manager for simplified management
From the start of your project, an experienced and dedicated Project Manager will support you and become your preferred contact within LFB BIOMANUFACTURING. As the interface between your teams and our internal experts, your Project Manager
will be available at all times for regular discussions, progress reports, advice, technical or organisational adjustments, and will help you to anticipate the next steps.
He or she will work in close collaboration with the other departments of the LFB Biomanufacturing site in Alès to coordinate all activities and provide you with a precise, suitable schedule, adjusting it if necessary. Your Project Manager will make sure that deadlines are met and that the quality of the deliverables is maintained.
This centralised and optimised organisational structure ensures fluid communication, simple and effective exchanges, real flexibility, and complete transparency until the completion of your bioproduction project.
The Project Manager’s expertise in Bioproduction and Biomolecule development is a major asset for the success of your project. Thanks to their extensive experience in supporting medtech and pharmaceutical companies, our Project Managers therefore have the necessary know-how to guide you perfectly from the very first discussions. Your Project Manager is the cornerstone of our personalised support and is what makes LFB Biomanufacturing much more than a simple biopharmaceutical subcontractor, and your true CDMO partner.
Your CDMO project team

Our project team includes both a technical committee and a steering committee.
♦ The technical committee is composed of experts from our main business areas (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Analytical Development, CLD and Process Development, GMP Production) who provide technical and scientific monitoring at each stage of the project. At your request, the technical committee can meet to provide you with solutions adapted to any technical issues related to the development of your molecule.
♦ The steering committee is made up of strategic managers and members of operational management. It provides strategic support throughout your project, guiding you in making key decisions to ensure the success of your project, from development to production of the cell lines.
